Born in Niğde in 1974, Binici graduated from METU Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department in 1997. He started his career at NTTI (Nippon Telegraph & Telephone International). After that, he worked as a consultant on information technologies at the World Bank for seven years. In 2007, he established Ankaref Innovation and Technology Inc. as a start-up and carried out IoT projects for the first time in Turkey and the world. Being the founder of 6 different domestic and foreign companies, Binici is presenting the Digital Angle "Dijital Açı" program on the Bloomberg HT television channel in order to support start-ups. Being a member of DEIK Germany and the Digital Technologies Business Council, Binici established Roots-Labs Turkey in partnership with the German Roots Advisory company to invest in and mentor start-ups. As a social responsibility initiative, Binici launched the Anadolu Talent Academy (AYA) in 2021.
